Privacy
This site doesn't follow you. It keeps only what you give it, and it tells you so.
Updated 9 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The data controller is GABEM, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €500, registered with the Nice Trade and Companies Register under number 105 578 355 (SIRET 10557835500015), with its registered office at 11 avenue Ernest Lairolle, 06100 Nice, France. For any question about your data: dpo@jolibot.fr.
What this site keeps on your device
The bot you design in the workshop stays in your browser, on your device. It goes nowhere until you ask. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics.
The waiting list
When you save your spot, we receive: your email address, your bot (its shape, colour, eyes and outfit), the language of the page, and your choice to put it on the public wall or not. To prevent abuse, the IP address of the request is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
- Why: to let you know the day your spot opens, and to count the spots. That's all.
- On what basis: your consent, given when you save your spot.
- For how long: until your spot opens, then twelve months at most; or until you ask to leave.
- The wall: if you tick the box, your bot appears on the public wall with your rank. Never your email. You can remove it whenever you want.
- Who sees it: us, and our hosting providers in the European Union (Scaleway in France, Hetzner in Germany). Nobody else. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared for advertising.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to it or take it with you. A word to dpo@jolibot.fr is enough, and we answer within a month. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or your local authority.
The Joli product
The privacy policy of the Joli app (what your bot reads, what it keeps, what it shares, and with whom) will be published here before opening. What we can already say:
- What you send for approval or ask of someone shows only what you're allowed to share, and every source is shared explicitly.
- What comes from a person's inbox stays theirs, unless they share it with their team.
- Memory exports as readable notes without Joli, and can be erased.
- What comes from outside is data, never an instruction.
